Terms and Conditions
All invoices submitted to Star Aircraft Repair for charges related to this order must reference the above order number.
Compliance with this requirement is essential for payment. In addition, all shipments of materials must indicate the order number.
The supplier shall allow Star Aircraft Repair personnel, its customer and the Authorities access to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records or any other practices that Star Aircraft Repair’s quality management department deems necessary.
The supplier shall notify XXX of product and/or process changes, supplier changes, manufacturing facility location changes and, when required, obtain approval from Star Aircraft Repair.
The supplier shall keep on file for a minimum of ten (10) years from the shipment of the items, the test and inspection documents, as well as the control data covering the final product of this order.
The supplier shall attach the following documents as appropriate:
Certificate of Airworthiness: Document issued by the competent civil aviation authority (EASA Form 1, FAA Form 8130-3) certifying that the part complies with the applicable regulatory requirements.
Supplier’s Certificate of Conformity: Certification statement created by the organization that references the original Certificate of Conformity and manufacturer’s documents that are retained and traceable by the supplier.
Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformity: Document certifying the conformity of the product with the process, design and/or specification requirements.
Test reports (Test Report)
VERY IMPORTANT: If our receiving department does not have the above mentioned documents at the time of receiving the material, a discrepancy report will be issued which will prevent the final acceptance of the material by Star Aircraft Repair.
The supplier shall have in place a Quality System (applicable to the products supplied) based on the latest edition of ISO 9001 / AS 9100 / EN 9100.
Star Aircraft Repair reserves the right to return any material that has a service life equal to or less than 80%.
The supplier must prevent the use of unapproved or suspect unapproved and counterfeit parts.
The supplier shall ensure that the people in his organization are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity, their contribution to product safety and the importance of ethical behavior.
